Terms & Conditions

You must provide accurate information when registering and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password private.

One account per player. Account sharing, selling or transferring accounts is not permitted, and we may suspend accounts we believe are being shared or traded.

Cheating, exploiting bugs, duplicating items, griefing other players, or using third-party tools that give an unfair advantage will result in removal from the server.

Harassment, hate speech and impersonating staff are not tolerated in-game or in our community channels.

All purchases made on this site are final. Premium subscriptions, Dominion Coins and any other premium currency or virtual item are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

This includes unused balances, partially used subscription periods, purchases made by mistake, purchases made by someone else using your account, and accounts that are later suspended or banned for breaking these terms.

Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world value, are licensed to you for use on this server only, and may be adjusted, replaced or removed as the server is balanced or updated.

Where refund rights are required by the law that applies to you, those rights still stand and nothing here removes them.

The server, this website and any premium perks are provided as-is. Wipes, downtime, maintenance and game updates can affect progression, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that purchased perks will always exist in their current form.

We may update these terms as the server evolves; continuing to use your account after an update means you accept the new version.

You may stop using your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with no refund of any purchase.
